Have passion for your client and if not for the client, then for the project or the cause.
Don’t be grumpy on conference calls.
If you messed up, admit it and move on.
Make decisions with gusto.
Never cut the mail budget.
Don’t ever take “NO” for an answer.
Love people and their stories.
Be kind, humble and thankful.
Get timezones right for conference calls.
